David will be joined by Chacho Schartz on bass and Mauricio Herrera on percussion, with special musical contributions from David Oquendo’s longtime collaborator and Buena Vista Social Club associate music director & guitarist.

With more than 33 years of artistic experience, Vargas brings together breathtaking photography and expressive body painting to tell powerful visual stories inspired by landscapes, culture, travel, and the beauty of the world around us.
