As winter approaches and temperatures begin to drop, the Town of West New York reminds landlords of the importance of adhering to residential heating ordinances. It is crucial to ensure that all residential units are properly heated in compliance with these regulations. We encourage landlords to review the ordinance carefully to guarantee their properties meet all heating requirements, ensuring a warm and safe environment for tenants during the colder months.
