This department which encompasses Building, Zoning, Code Enforcement, and Housing works closely with residents, contractors, architects, engineers, developers, lawyers, realtors, banks and mortgage companies.  Our goal is provide service and safety to the public while applying all codes and ordinances.

After the application is reviewed and signed by the inspectors, it is entered into the queue and then is entered into the computer for permit issuance.

Once all inspections have been performed and have passed, a complete review is conducted and then it is entered into the computer for co issuance.
