TAKE NOTICE that on April 9, 2026, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of West New York granted the Applicant an extension pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D- 70(d)(4&5), associated with the property located at 6123-6129 Park Avenue, West New York, New Jersey and identified on West New York’s current tax assessment map as Block 40, Lots 19 & 20, (the “Property”). The Memorializing Resolution was adopted on April 23, 2026. The Resolution adopting the application is on file in the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and is available for inspection at 428 60th Street, West New York, New Jersey.
