TAKE NOTICE that on March 19, 2026, the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Town of West New York granted the Applicant a variance pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(d)(4&5), associated with the property located at 5220 Bergenline Avenue, West New York, New Jersey and identified on West New York’s current tax assessment map as Block 96, Lot 8 (the “Property”). The Memorializing Resolution was adopted on April 9, 2026. The Resolution adopting the application is on file in the Office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment and is available for inspection at 428 60th Street, West New York, New Jersey.
