NOTICE OF PENDING ORDINANCE AND PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the foregoing ordinance was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York, in the County of Hudson, New Jersey, held on February 18, 2026. The ordinance will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York to be held via video conference on March 4, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting, copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours at the Town Clerk’s office for the member of the general public who shall request the same.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-2, as amended, further notice is hereby given that the purpose of the foregoing ordinance is to adopt a redevelopment plan for Block 93, Lot 2 on the official tax maps of the Town.
