AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND §414-113 OF THE TOWN OF WEST NEW YORK MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED “CANNABIS RETAIL OVERLAY ZONE”
Summary: An Ordinance amending §414-113 of the Municipal Code entitled “Cannabis Retail Overlay Zone” to reduce the number of permitted cannabis retail establishments within the Cannabis Retail Overlay Zone from two (2) to one (1), applicable to C-R (Retail Service Commercial) properties located in Blocks 84, 94, 96, 98, 104, 107, 108, 109, and 112, commonly known as Bergenline Avenue between 49th and 55th Streets. This ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and publication as required by law.
