AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND § 312-19 OF THE TOWN CODE ENTITLED
“MAXIMUM INCREASE” TO CAP COMBINED ANNUAL RENT INCREASES AT NO MORE THAN THREE PERCENT (3%)
Summary: This Ordinance amends § 312-19 of the Town Code of the Town of West New York to reduce the maximum allowable combined annual rent increase from fifteen percent (15%) to three percent (3%), and includes standard severability, repealer, and codification provisions, and shall take effect upon final passage and publication as required by law.
