NOTICE OF FINAL ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the foregoing ordinance was finally adopted at a meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Town of West New York, in the County of Hudson, New Jersey, held on March 4, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. Any action or proceeding of any kind or nature in any court questioning the validity or proper authorization of the ordinance or the actions authorized to be taken as set forth in the ordinance shall be commenced within 20 days after the date of publication of this notice.
Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:49-2, as amended, further notice is hereby given that the purpose of the foregoing ordinance is to adopt a redevelopment plan for Block 167, Lot 1.02 on the official tax maps of the Town. Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost at the Town Clerk’s office during regular business hours for members of the public who request the same.
