ORDINANCE APPROVING AN APPLICATION PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:20-1 ET SEQ. AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FINANCIAL AGREEMENT WITH 5513 MADISON STREET URBAN RENEWAL, LLC
Summary: Ordinance approving an application submitted pursuant to the Long Term Tax Exemption Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:20-1 et seq., and authorizing the execution of a Financial Agreement with 5513 Madison Street Urban Renewal, LLC for a redevelopment project within the 56th & Madison Street Redevelopment Area. The ordinance authorizes the Mayor to execute the Financial Agreement, directs the filing and distribution of required documents in accordance with applicable law, and provides for the implementation of the approved redevelopment project.
