AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN APPLICATION PURSUANT TO N.J.S.A. 40A:20-1 ET SEQ. AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FINANCIAL AGREEMENT WITH KENNEDY BOULEVARD URBAN RENEWAL DEVELOPMENT, LLC
Summary: Ordinance approving an application submitted pursuant to the New Jersey Long Term Tax Exemption Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:20-1 et seq., and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Financial Agreement with Kennedy Boulevard Urban Renewal Development, LLC for the redevelopment of designated properties within the Kennedy Boulevard Redevelopment Area. The ordinance further authorizes the Town Clerk and other municipal officials to take all actions necessary to implement the Financial Agreement in accordance with applicable law.
